Jakarta, October 27th, 2017 – PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, has achieved Indonesia Most Powerful Companies Award 2017 (IMPCA 2017) in the category of computer and services. The award was given by the founder and the Chief Commissioner of Warta Ekonomi Group, Fadel Muhammad himself to Independent Director of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, Hendra Halim, at Balai Kartini, Jakarta.
Indonesia Most Powerful Companies Award 2017 is an award of appreciation for companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the best of their respective categories, chosen by Warta Ekonomi based on their performance over the last three years. The chosen companies, undoubtedly, are Public Companies which have favorable stock growth in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Arrived with Chief Marketing Officer, Ferdinand Gunadi and Corporate Secretary, Camelia Suryana, Independent Director of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, Hendra Halim said that he’s pleased and grateful for the award.
IMPCA 2017 signified prominent companies which have strong influence in Indonesia. The candidates are Public Companies which have favorable stock growth in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Besides having high liquidity and high market capitalization value, the candidate company also has to possess fundamental and good performance. These candidate companies are estimated consist of 50-70% from total market capitalization value of whole stock listed in IDX.
The choice was determined by identifying the financial performances of companies listed in IDX, grouped by each of their own subcategories/ industries. Using financial indicators, resulted in list of candidates with the best financial performances which able to increase value-added to economy.
In order to decide suitable candidates, Warta Ekonomi Research Team did a research method called Economic Value-Added (EVA). EVA is a measure of economic value-added generated by the company as a result of the company’s activities or management strategies.
The IMPCA 2017 research itself revealed Public Companies in Indonesia which succeeded in becoming best companies, based on financial performance and stock growth performance. The research generated a total of 81 companies from 9 industries, and also 5 special mentions.
